
Annual Celebration

The Illinois Conference 2023 Annual Celebration is back in person this year! We hope you will be able to join us on November 3rd and 4th at Yorkville Congregational Church. Check in will begin at 11 am on Friday morning and the event will kick-off at 12:45 pm.
The cost this year is $95 per person and includes the celebration banquet dinner on Friday as well as a light breakfast and boxed lunch on Saturday. There is no cost for retired ministers. Members-in-discernment will receive a discounted price of $50. There will also be a Friday only ($60) and Saturday only ($35) option. The business meeting on Saturday will be a hybrid gathering. If you would like to attend but can’t make the whole event, you can join us online for the business meeting. The worship service on Saturday will also be livestreamed and free for any and all to attend.
Registration is officially open! Click here to register online. If you need help registering, please contact the Conference office (708-344-4470) Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. The deadline to register is Friday, October 20th.
Hotel Information:
A block of specially priced rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Express located at 577 E. Kendall Dr. in Yorkville. Their phone number is 630-882-0600. The special cost is $99 per night. You must designate the block code of JPW and reserve your room no later than October 15th in order to receive the special rate. Rooms are going fast, so don’t wait! This is the hotel nearest to the church. There is also a Super 8 (Wyndam) and a Hampton Inn nearby, but there are no blocks reserved or special pricing at these hotels.
