Western Fall Meeting

This year’s Fall Business Meeting will take place at First Federated Church in Peoria from 10 AM – 2:30 PM on Saturday, October 18th. Registration will begin at 9:30 AM.
The agenda for the meeting is below:

- 10:45 – 11:45 Business Meeting
- Old Business
- Stewardship/OCWM
- Elections & Installations
- Leonhardt Recipients Presentations

- 11:45 – 12:00 Break
- 12:00 – 1:00 Lunch
- 1:00 – 2:00 Synod Participants Presentations
- 2:00 – 2:30 Holy Communion & Departing Blessings
Registration is being done online through Realm. Cost is $20 per person, which includes morning snacks lunch (you will make a lunch selection and specify any dietary needs during registration). CASH payments ONLY will be collected at the door.
The deadline to register is September 30th.
