Please stay tuned for more information once the event has been rescheduled. The Illinois Conference will still be partnering with Elmhurst University to bring Rev. Ann Kansfield to Illinois for a special event this coming spring.
Ann Kansfield is a UCC minister who serves as a pastor at the Greenpoint Reformed Church and as a chaplain with the Fire Department of the City of New York. She’s energetic, humorous and entertaining while also being very serious about the ministry of the gospel. She lives a block from Times Square with her wife and their two middle school aged children. Not surprisingly, their apartment can get a little loud at times. Ann is the author of Be the Brave One, a collection of ministry adventures told around the theme of living out one’s spiritual values. Scott Matheney, Elmhurst University Chaplain, was also her college chaplain when she attended Columbia almost 30 years ago.
