WELCOME to our All Conference Chat, happening every Wednesday at 3:00 p.m on Zoom. These conversations are designed to help us grow Stronger Together as One Conference throughout the year and are open to all clergy and lay persons who wish to attend.

Join the Illinois Conference Ministry Leadership Team this week as we strengthen our connection. For the first few months in 2022 the focus of our All Conference Chat is to overview all the various staff positions for the Illinois Conference. With recent changes to our support staff structure, changes in our TPIRC leadership and job descriptions, and the implementation of new job descriptions for our Ministry Leadership Team, we want to take the time to have a more in depth look at of each of our staff positions. This includes getting to know the person holding the position and learning what their role is with the Conference staff structure. These overviews are in an effort to help create clarity in the midst of all these transitions. In case you are unable to attend any of these sessions, they will be recorded and available later through our Conference YouTube channel.

This week we will be talking about the Associate Conference Minister position with Responsibilities for Pastoral Transitions, currently held by our Transitional ACM the Rev. Dr. Stephanie Perdew.
